Accent Signs Limited give a 12 month warranty on our LED illuminated lettering, provided the lettering has been fitted by a qualified person or persons with previous experience in fitting LED lettering.

In the event of a fault we should be notified immediately. The lettering should be retuned to us for inspection.

On inspection we will repair or replace as necessary and return as soon as possible.

If the fault is not in the manufacture or failure of the component, we will quote to repair or replace as necessary.

The lettering should not be tampered with by a third party as this will invalidate the warranty.
